Nothing happens by chance.
There is a perfect pattern and plan running through the whole of life, you are part of that wholeness and therefore part of that perfect pattern & plan.
When you see strange things happening in your life and wonder why they should happen to you, maybe you could take some time out, pause and reflect, see how it all fits in the scheme of things.
I have found over time there is a reason for everything, no matter how painful it may seem at the time.
The reason may not always be what you expected, but nevertheless be willing to accept and learn, do not fight against the flow of life, as all you will achieve in doing so is exhaustion.
Life should be effortless.
A flower does not resist or struggle to unfold its uniqueness in the rays of the sun, so why should you struggle. There is limitless love surrounding you. You may not be feeling it at times, but neither can you feel or see the air you’re breathing, but it supports your existence anyway.
If you are resisting, questioning, screaming, shouting, you are undoing your progress.
Simplicity is the hallmark – so keep life simple.
What is spirituality anyway?
I have pondered over this question and have come up with a few thoughts. We all create our own realities, keep the faith, what is meant to be will be, no matter what the circumstances.
We are part of our own puzzle and all the pieces of our life fit at the end of the day.
I do think that there are many paths and detours that can be taken in this life, but I think that all of them eventually lead us to where we are supposed to be.
In the pursuit of discovering our destiny.
I believe that it is only our physical bodies that die and our spirit lives on and may choose to re -incarnate and learn even more life lessons.
You may, or may not know, I am a hypnotherapist and have participated in many past life regressions sessions, ran many workshops on the subject, which only helps to reinforce my belief.
I have witnessed many lives with numerous clients who have described in great detail the adventures they have had.
We have even researched some of the information that they share, and the details have been confirmed.
So, I think we are all on a journey of development, whether we are aware of it or not.
A part of me thinks that when we can understand the Ego and accept that it has a role, but is not the enemy, we can begin to utilise the lessons.
You are always more than you think you are.
You are always more than that.
Discovering the true meaning of being is what our spiritual path is all about.
Your physical body is such a tiny part of who you really are. The energy around you and within is the part of you that never dies, it records every moment in time in each life time.
So, there is an abundance of knowledge, wisdom and experiences to assist us on our journey.
We just need to learn how to still our conscious mind and tap into our unconscious mind, which is the doorway to a limitless amount of knowledge,
When I’m asked, what is Spirituality?
It boils down to this…
Spirituality emphasises humanistic qualities such as love, compassion, patience, tolerance, forgiveness, contentment, responsibility, harmony a concern for others and aspects of life and human experience which go beyond a purely materialist view of the world, without necessarily accepting belief in a supernatural reality or divine being.
Spirituality touches that part of you that is not dependant on material things or physical comforts.
Being true to yourself and others and trusting in, what will be, will be.
All pathways lead you back to the pure love that you and I were created from the pure energy that all of life was moulded.
You are a child of the universe, your energy spans beyond what the eyes can see.
The physical brain and body cannot comprehend how powerful we actually are.
How insignificant all of the daily worries, we put upon ourselves, really are.
But to connect with our spiritual side is our passport to truth.
What is spirituality?
It usually takes us a life time to understand fully.
Spirituality is the lesson that never ends the continuity through each lifetime experienced.
